Sample Availability & Policy
We offer free or paid samples of selected products upon customer鈥檚
request, all sample shipments will be either by air or by sea, the
shipping costs will be paid by the customer. All the sample costs will
return the customer after the customer place order with us.
Guarantees/Warranties/Terms and Conditions
Delivery of our products is guaranteed within 25-30 days after we have
confirmed your order. All the parts of our tools will be offered at cost
price and we will arrange for a visit to the customer who placed large
or regular orders with us within one year as scheduled.
Export/Import Processing Support
We have gained the self-owned export right, so we can provide quick
export/import services, insurance, shipping, customs and export
documents.
