QC/Technical Support
Conscientious QC members, advanced equipment and software guarantee the
quality of our products. We have regular staff members who possess the
certification of qualification exam. All our QC members receive
professional training before going to their positions. They are trainned
regularly once a month. Our inspectors implement very strict QC
according to the ISO 9001 international standards, and most of our
products have gained UL, GS, CE, CSA and ETL approvals.

Procedures/testing Details
Starting from the parts being purchased: raw materials and secondary
parts are strictly inspected according to our requirements.
Main parts are produced by ourselves and will be inspected strictly
before being put into production.
Assembly: we test each stage of assembly procedures and each finished
product according to the GS, UL, CSA certification.
Packing: professional QC members inspect the packing strictly and
confirm that the goods is in good condition and the appearance of
products is clear and smooth.
QC team will still inspect goods at random before delivery.
